The Shavaktara of Samskrita Bharati is conducted every 2nd Sunday of the month with a view to enhance knowledge gained in the classes across 3 areas i.e. speaking, writing and presenting through various activities in Samskrit language such as

a. News reading
b. Debate
c. Story telling
d. Songs
e. Any life experience topic
f. Health related
g. Travel related
h. Philosophy
i. Jokes
j. Critical examination of a particular movie
k. Small skit

In all the above cases the medium of speaking is only Samskrit and hence the students need to prepare these topics by writing, speaking and then delivering the presentation in front of the audience which can be fellow students or Samskrit enthusiasts who want to be the audience.
